Is this really free? What's the catch?
Yes, free with no watermark on the PDF. We make money on the optional Pro tier ($9/mo) for users who need recurring invoices and payment tracking. The free tier is genuinely free forever.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Everything happens in your browser — the PDF is generated client-side, and your inputs are saved to localStorage on your device. We never see your invoice contents.
Can I send the invoice directly from here?
Not yet — that's a Pro feature. For now, download the PDF and attach it to your normal email. Most clients prefer that anyway.
Does the invoice number auto-increment?
Yes. Each new invoice generates a fresh number using today's date plus a sequence counter (e.g. INV-20260505-001). You can override it with anything.
What about multiple currencies or international tax (VAT/GST)?
USD/EUR/GBP/CAD/AUD are built in. Tax is a single rate field — works for VAT, GST, sales tax, or no tax. For per-line tax or multi-rate setups, Pro will add that.
